Face painting (125/ hour)

Yay! You have found the best face painting in Raleigh! Flutterby Faces provides your choice of inspired designs using only the best and safest and professional cosmetic grade face paint and glitter. Artists can paint up to 15 beautiful full face designs per hour, depending on the design choice or event type. Most birthday parties are two hours which allows for a good flow to the party. However, parties of 1 hour are best for around 10 kids, and have limited availability. We book by the hour and number of artists needed.

We bring the entertainment to all types of events including company picnics, holiday parties, block parties, and kid’s birthdays. Those smiling, painted faces can attract customers to your promotional events, corporate events, grand openings, and more! Because our artists do not use a strict “menu” of choices, you may choose whatever your heart desires. Check out our gallery for ideas.

Balloon twisting (150/ hour)

We offer simple balloon twisting that is safe and fun. Our quality latex balloons transform into animals, wands, swords, and more. Balloons are a great option for kids that don’t like having their face painted, or just want something tactile to hold. Balloon twisting can be booked by the hour or can be combined with a birthday party package for an extra special party (see below).

Glitter tattoos ($120/ hour)

We custom make our glitter tattoos with your color choices of cosmetic glitters or solid matte black for a cool look. These tattoos resist water, making them perfect for hot summer events and pool parties, or just something unique! They last for up to a week or remove them with baby oil.

Glitter Bar (125/ hour)

Sparkly festival looks with chunky cosmetic glitter gels that can be adorned with jewels, and small face paint details. Glitter Bar is a great choice for tween, teen, or adult parties like weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, or other evening celebrations. Some glitter and face paints are UV reactive and shine in Black light.
